Tuesday - 1 hour (Hertford), 4 hours (Welwyn)
Thursday - 1 hour (Hertford)
Friday - 2 hours (Hertford), 4 hours (Welwyn)
Saturday - 2 hours (Hertford)
Sunday - 3 hours (Hertford)

Total 17 hours per week.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Cleaner to join our team to maintain the high standards of cleanliness in a high end restaurant & Office in Hertford, and office space in Welwyn Garden City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all communal areas including floors, carpets, entrance areas, and the co-working space are kept clean, tidy, and welcoming for all residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning:

Entrance / Waiting Area. Windows / Mirrors / Frames. All Floors and Stairs. Toilets Surfaces / Edges

Floor Care:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean carpets, tiles, and other floor surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Dusting and Surface Cleaning:

Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including windowsills, railings, handrails, light fittings, and furniture.

Sanitation:

Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, mirrors and handrails.

Health & Safety:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines when using cleaning products and equipment. Ensure the safety of residents and visitors by maintaining clear, unobstructed walkways.

Reporting Issues:

Report any maintenance issues or damage to the management team promptly.

Skills & Experience:

Previous cleaning experience, ideally in office, residential or luxury environments. Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in cleaning. A good eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members. Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience is desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Reliability and punctuality. Must have the right to work in the UK.
