We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness in communal areas such as kitchens, break rooms, and hallways. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to drive is advantageous for roles requiring travel between multiple locations. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in English with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
