Job Overview

We are seeking a hard-working cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the surgery, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. Working hours will be Monday-Friday, 2.5 hours per evening when the surgery is closed, but exact hours are negotiable.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including clinical rooms, offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required. Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is strongly preferred. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. References must be provided.
