LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE TO CLEAN WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL

We are currently recruiting for Evening Shift Cleaners and Day Shift Cleaners. Various hours are available starting from 12.5 hours per week to 15 hours per week.



EVENING CLEANERS - START TIME - 5PM - MONDAY TO FRIDAY

DAY SHIFT CLEANERS - START TIME - 9AM - MONDAY TO FRIDAY


RATE OF PAY - 12.21 PER HOUR - PAID FORTNIGHTLY ON A FRIDAY



28 DAYS HOLIDAYS

ENROLMENT INTO A WORK PLACE PENSION SCHEME

OVERTIME AVAILABLE


The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:



An excellent attendance record (references will be asked for)

A keen eye for detail

A professional, pleasant and friendly manner

Must be reliable with a can-do attitude

Ability to work on own initiative

Ability to work well in a team and be a team player

Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is desirable, however onsite training will be given

Candidates must be well presented

Excellent command of English is a requirement and is essential in both oral and written

Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and safe for use. This role requires effective communication skills in English, a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities



Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established standards and procedures. Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any cleaning needs or concerns. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and feedback. Clean and sanitise designated areas, including but not limited to office areas, toilets, kitchen areas, and common areas, (rest areas and toilets) Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors Dust and wipe down surfaces Empty bin receptacles and replace liners Clean glass surfaces Restock supplies as needed Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Adhere to company policies and regulations

Qualifications



Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
