Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial and custodial services, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Prior experience in commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning is highly valued. Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure cleanliness of assigned areas Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor care machines to maintain high standards of cleanliness Conduct detailed cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas Maintain floors through buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing as needed Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including light repairs and reporting larger issues to management Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe work environment Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and supplies efficiently and responsibly

Experience

Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing Familiarity with cleaning equipment including buffers and floor machines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
