Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. The role will require the candidate to work 2 hour shifts (8am-10am) on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays with optional overtime during school holidays. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise restrooms and common areas. Refill soap dispensers and hand towels. Empty bins around the grounds. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. A valid driving licence is advantageous for this role as we are not on a main bus route. Ability to work independently. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
