The Role
We're looking for a Cleaner to help keep Bridges Centre welcoming and spotless. Working closely with our Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in making sure our spaces are safe, clean, and inviting for everyone who visits.
This is a permanent position with regular hours, plus opportunities for additional cover at weekends or during holidays if you'd like extra shifts.
What You'll Do
Keep all areas of the centre clean and tidy, including reception, offices, meeting rooms, and community spaces
Carry out tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Clean toilets, kitchens, sinks, fridges, and microwaves as needed
Replenish supplies like soap and toilet rolls
Safely empty bins and transport waste to collection points
Report any maintenance or equipment issues
Work independently and efficiently while maintaining high standards
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (though full training will be given)
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good timekeeping and reliability
The ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment when required
A positive, friendly, and flexible approach
