Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.

Please note that driving will be an essential part of this role, The Cleaning Jobs could be up to a 20minute drive from Potton, We will always make your route manageable and try to keep it as local as possible.

Experience with Domestic cleans is preferred but happy to train the right person for the Job if necessary.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is advantageous for this position. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
