Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Cleaner to join our team to maintain the high standards of cleanliness in the temporary site cabins of a construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all communal areas including floors, entrance areas, changing rooms, offices and toilet blocks are kept in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning:

Entrance / Waiting Area. All Floors and Stairs. Toilets Surfaces / Edges

Floor Care:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean carpets, tiles, and other floor surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene..

Sanitation:

Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, mirrors and handrails.

Health & Safety:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines when using cleaning products and equipment. Ensure the safety of workers and visitors by maintaining clear, unobstructed walkways.

Skills & Experience:

Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a welfare construction setting Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in cleaning. A good eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members. Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience is desirable. Ability to work flexible hours Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Reliability and punctuality. Must have the right to work in the UK.
