We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all areas are kept in pristine condition, providing a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including pub customer area, restrooms and AirBnb. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure high hygiene standards. Dispose of waste materials responsibly and maintain recycling practices. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests with professionalism.

Skills

Proficient in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during interactions. Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with colleagues. A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that require travel between locations. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
