Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong communication skills. Previous experience is not essential but is advantageous. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned locations Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning needs Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is desirable but not mandatory Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Customer service orientation, with the ability to interact politely with clients and colleagues Valid driving licence is preferred to support travel requirements between different sites

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
