Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests. Maintain an organised work area and adhere to health and safety regulations. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
