This is a

Cleaning Role

with

Godfrey Group Facilities,

for

Adra Housing Association

. 6 hours per week at 11.50 per hour. You will work Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, cleaning Swyddfa Pwllheli Adra (Adra's Pwllheli Offices).

You get paid holidays.

This is an Immediate Start role.

Duties

- Perform cleaning tasks in Adra's office in Pwllheli. Adra is a housing association.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals properly

Skills

- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
