Godfrey Group Facilities are recruiting a reliable and detail-focused Cleaner to work on behalf of Adra Housing Association in Pwllheli. This role involves cleaning Adra's Pwllheli offices and the communal areas of a nearby block of new flats.

This is a part-time position with paid holidays, training provided, and an immediate start available.

Working Pattern

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays Adra Pwllheli Offices: 3:30pm to 5:30pm (6 hours per week) Frondeg Flats communal areas: 2 hours per week (scheduled separately)

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Adra's Pwllheli offices to a high standard Cleaning communal areas of Frondeg, a three-floor block of flats in Pwllheli Following cleaning schedules and site-specific instructions Dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming Sanitising surfaces and touch points Emptying bins and replacing liners Cleaning and disinfecting toilets and restocking supplies Cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces Safely operating cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners and floor machines Using cleaning chemicals correctly and following health and safety guidelines

Skills and Experience

Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential Full training will be provided Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to follow instructions and cleaning procedures
