Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, Holiday lets, commercial properties and peoples homes. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately, maintaining a clean environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Follow established cleaning protocols and health guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between locations. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
