Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Relief Cleaner to join our team. As a Relief Cleaner, you will not be working regular hours but will be working when we require cover for annual leave and sickness absence in the Housekeeping team. Our Housekeeping team work weekdays 5.30pm-8.30pm. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste properly
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels
- Adhering to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not essential
- Valid driver's licence preferred but not essential
