ISKA Recovery is a unique wellness space set in the hills of Bath, helping people recover through
contrast therapy
: infrared sauna, red-light therapy, and ice baths. We welcome athletes, wellness enthusiasts, and locals looking to boost recovery, resilience, and wellbeing.The Role
We are looking for a reliable and flexible
Recovery Room Assistant
to keep our recovery space clean and ready between customer sessions, the role is for Saturday's.Main responsibilities (approx. 20 minutes per booking):
Clean and reset the sauna Replace and manage fresh towels Clean and top up the ice baths as required Make sure the space looks professional, safe, and inviting Provide a friendly welcome if customers are arriving during your shift
You can expect
between 2-3 bookings on quieter days, up to a maximum of 7 bookings per day, with an average of around 4 bookings
.About You
Reliable and punctual This role would suit someone who is able to drive. Flexible and happy to cover early mornings and evenings Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Interest in wellness, recovery, or fitness (a bonus, not essential)
