Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Applicants must be of good physical health due to the demands of the role. Smart phone to log into location mapping required whilst working.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks to a throughout standard on a repeat basis. Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards repairs or damages. Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistency in service delivery. Communicate effectively with other team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.

Skills

Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction with cleaning services. Ability to drive for travelling between different sites as required. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying areas needing improvement or additional cleaning. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
