Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A commitment to excellent customer service and effective communication is essential for success in this role.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks. Drive to various locations as needed to perform cleaning duties, ensuring timely arrival at each site.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently without supervision.
