Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages to management. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and feedback promptly. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to drive is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
