Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and effective communication skills, as you will interact with clients while performing your duties.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and coordination of tasks. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival at each site.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training can be provided. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is essential due to the need to travel between locations. Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to handle client interactions positively and professionally.
