Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and efficiently Follow specified cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are covered thoroughly Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to the supervisor Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities Checking behind staff

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred Drivers Licence essential Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Organised with good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning operations is advantageous
