Key Responsibilities:

Leading and inspiring the team to perform at their best and maintain a positive work environment Planning personnel deployments and optimizing work processes for improved efficiency Helping the team when needed to support their success and address challenges Managing the ordering and inventory of consumables to ensure effective supply level Organizing and managing laundry supplies to meet operational requirements Ensuring the environment remains clean and welcoming

Qualifications And Skills:

Leadership and Team Management Organizational Skills Communication Skills Attention to Detail Problem-Solving Skills Basic Administrative Skills Flexibility and Adaptability Customer Service Orientation Physical endurance

Preferred (but not required)

Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning
