Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and tidy atmosphere for clients and visitors. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. Manage waste disposal efficiently and responsibly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact positively with clients and colleagues to provide excellent customer service. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficient in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during interactions. Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with the team. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential for roles that may require travel between locations.
