We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team. With responsibility for ensuring
standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the
building, you will also clean after our letting chalets have been vacated and assist with laundry duties for the business. We are looking for a meticulous individual with enthusiasm, and the ability to work flexibly dependent on the demands of the week.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure that all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any concerns or needs.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and visitors.
Skills
Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Ability to drive is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
Strong customer service skills to ensure a pleasant experience for all users of the facilities.
Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and efficiently within the team.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
