Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a care home setting.
Working hours:
Monday 8.30am to 12pm, Tuesday 8.30am to 11.30am, Thursday 8.30am to 11.30am, Friday 8.30am to 12pm.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise designated areas such as restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
- Emptying rubbish bins and disposing of waste. Preparing bins for weekly collections
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients when necessary
- Proficiency in English for understanding instructions and safety guidelines
- Must be 18 or older due to lone working
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
