Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, presentable, and welcoming. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised regularly. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Interact courteously with clients and respond to their requests or concerns in a professional manner. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of tasks and client needs. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between job sites. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
