We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team working on new build construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain a tidy appearance. Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or requests. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistent quality of work.

Requirements

CSCS card and Personal Protective Equipment is essential due to on site regulations. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to drive to various locations is advantageous but not essential. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
