Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate with customers to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with customers and team members. A valid driving licence is preferred, as some roles may require travel between locations. Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships.
