Part-time Cleaner required (8-10) hours maximum per week

We are seeking Cleaners to cover at our Residential, Commercial and Airbnb properties.

The Role

= We are looking for someone who is passionate about keeping spaces clean and tidy and has an excellent eye for detail

= This job is primarily during school hours, but some flexibility is required.

= We are looking for someone who does not make hospital/dentist appointments or have commitments between these hours due to the way last minute work comes in.

Coverage areas include Neath, Port Talbot, Swansea, and surrounding areas - Prior experience is preferred, but don't worry, we'll provide all the necessary training - You'll receive a uniform and top-notch cleaning products from the company

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying rubbish
- Sanitise surfaces and high-touch areas regularly
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the office
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
