We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards.
This role requires effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude, as you may be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.
The job is located in caergwrle, LL12. The required areas to be cleaned are communal areas such as toilets, hallways, offices and small cabins.
The hours are:
Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-6pm
Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, which can include; offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and your team to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by responding positively to client feedback and requests.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
A proactive attitude with the drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A mandatory enhanced clear DBS check is needed for this position which we will apply for if you are successful.
