Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Engage with clients courteously, providing excellent customer service while addressing any specific requests or concerns.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between multiple sites.
Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
