- Housekeeper/Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to ensure that the

Dinas Farm Household & Penrhiw Cottage

are maintained to an extremely high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

15 hours+ a week spread across 3 days of the week. Ideally: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Flexibility is greatly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Empty rubbish bins and replace liners as needed. Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Sanitise toilets, sinks, and bathroom fixtures. Handle laundry, including washing, ironing, and making beds with fresh linens Wash up and ensure kitchen appliances, countertops, and surfaces are spotless Polish wood, surfaces, and silver to maintain their best condition Restock essential supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning materials Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Prepare and present the Cottage Hamper for Penrhiw Cottage guests Carry out deep cleaning tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have a lovely personality, great attention to detail, take pride in their work, be able to work independently.

Requirements:

Must be in good shape with an eye for detail and a proactive attitude.

Must be able to handle constructive feedback and prioritise the household's needs - ideally a note taker.

Must be reliable, have references, have a driving license, and be happy to work around cats & dogs.
