Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in domestic settings. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, adhering to health and safety regulations. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests promptly and courteously. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently. Potentially, doing some shopping, and unpacking for clients.

Experience

Previous cleaning experience is preferred. Experience in a hotel or commercial cleaning environment is an advantage. Basic cooking skills would be beneficial for roles that involve meal preparation- not standard but potentially convenient for some clients. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Pay: From 13.50 per hour
