Are you ready to join a dynamic and reputable cleaning company? The Ready Maids are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Professional Cleaners. As a growing company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients and maintaining a positive work environment for our employees.

Our services vary across different locations, from personal homes (domestic cleaning), to hospitality venues & business offices (commercial cleaning) and Hotel/Holiday home venues. We know every cleaner has their preference and after a full month of training across each of our sites with senior members of our team, we will try our best to fill up your rotas with what works best for us as a business and you as part of the team.

The current position available is 5-16 hours per week between Monday-Sunday cleaning a range of our hospitality venues before they open at 10.00am. Candidates must be flexible between 05.00am-10.00am and will be working alongside other members of our Ready Maid dream team to share the cleans between them. This is the perfect job for those early birds who like to earn money, get their steps in and still have the whole day ahead to themselves after work.

Requirements (minimum of 5 hours per week ):

Previous experience in professional cleaning is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A positive "can do" attitude Flexibility to work weekends.
Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties according to established standards and guidelines. Adhering to health and safety regulations. Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor. Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
