Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or hotel cleaning, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per established protocols. Replace linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly and replenished as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
