We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces. Maintain restrooms by ensuring they are stocked, sanitized, and clean. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and stripping as needed. Assist with custodial duties in commercial or residential settings, ensuring all areas are well-maintained. Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues that need attention. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.

Skills

Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial cleaning environments. Familiarity with floor care processes including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types. Experience in residential painting or porter duties is a plus. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to facility needs promptly. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
