General Cleaning: 11pm to 1am or 7am to 9am

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, residential, or industrial spaces including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Use specialized equipment for floor care such as buffing machines and floor polishers to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct routine janitorial tasks like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to ensure hygiene compliance. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention. Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to promote a safe working environment. Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly. Support additional duties such as porter responsibilities or light custodial work as needed during early morning shifts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is highly desirable. Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is an advantage. Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance and general upkeep tasks. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Pay: 12.71-13.00 per hour
