About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Cleaner/Supervisor

to join our team on a busy

construction site at the Isle of Grain

. The role involves maintaining high cleaning standards across

site offices, welfare facilities, and communal areas

, while supervising a small cleaning team to ensure the site remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across the site. Ensure all

offices, canteens, toilets, and welfare areas

are cleaned to a high standard. Carry out regular inspections to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Manage and order cleaning materials and equipment as required. Supervise and support cleaning staff, ensuring rotas are followed and standards met. Report any maintenance or safety issues to site management promptly. Ensure compliance with all

health and safety

and

COSHH

procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a

Cleaner or Cleaning Supervisor

, ideally on a construction site. Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Good communication and organisational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of COSHH and safe chemical use (training can be provided).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - Full-time hours

Occasional weekend work may be required
