We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cleaning Hygiene Manager to oversee and maintain hygiene standards within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and fostering a culture of cleanliness and safety. This role is crucial in promoting a hygienic environment for both employees and clients.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations. Train staff on proper hygiene practices, including the use of hand tools and power tools where necessary. Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of cleanliness throughout the organisation. Address any hygiene-related issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of hygiene inspections, training sessions, and compliance reports. Stay updated on current health regulations and best practices in hygiene management.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or facilities management sectors is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to hygiene practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
