Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner and maintenance operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning appointments. Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing any client concerns or requests promptly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to communicate fluently in English is required for effective interaction with clients and team members. A valid driver's licence is advantageous for those required to travel between locations. Strong customer service skills are essential, with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy at all times.
