When We Need You

Our "Host" role offers flexible hours, with a focus on weekends, school holidays, and peak times such as half-term, Easter, and the summer season. Shifts are managed through an easy-to-use electronic rota system, allowing you to set your availability in advance. Simply let us know when you're available, and we'll match you with shifts that suit your schedule!

What you'll be doing as Facilities Host

As part of our Facilities & Hygiene team, you'll play a key role in making sure The Ice Cream Farm stays sparkling clean and ready for fun! You'll get to learn a variety of skills while ensuring our visitors enjoy a safe, welcoming environment every time they visit.

You'll be responsible for:

COSHH / MSDS Awareness

- You'll need awareness of these important safety guidelines, but don't worry - we provide in-house training to get you up to speed!

Monitoring Housekeeping

- Keep an eye on cleanliness across the site to reduce risks and hazards, making sure everything stays safe and tidy.
Your day will be filled with keeping all areas in tip-top shape, from our toilet facilities to outdoor food spaces, food outlets, play attractions, and communal areas. You'll be working hard to ensure every visitor has a comfortable, enjoyable visit while helping us maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on.

We're looking for team members who are proactive and know how to make cleanliness a priority, whilst still having fun! You'll need to be approachable, take pride in your appearance and work, and help promote a positive, upbeat work culture. After all, it's not just about keeping things clean - it's about making sure every visitor leaves feeling impressed with the quality of the site.
