Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting job opportunity as a Contract Manager. The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the management of soft services accounts on a regional basis, ensuring that they meet the needs of our high-profile clients by delivering exceptional service.
You will work closely with the Account Manager and existing regional operations team to ensure the efficient operation of our accounts and sites, this will involve liaising closely with the client(s) to ensure that the services we deliver meet their requirements and constantly look for ways to improve the service.

Responsibilities
Manage/monitor contract operation within budget contract specification.
Continuously develop and improve quality and hygiene standards
Monitor customer requirements and demands
Keep up to date with changes in legislation and implement accordingly
Meet client and company expectations through management of KPIs and SLAs
Recruit, train and motivate operational staff and create a culture of development from within
Ensure adequate resources are available to the required contract standard
Ensure resources are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled as necessary
Apply quality control procedures to ensure high standards of service and compliance
Manage the day-to-day delivery of services in line with the contract specification
Attend and document monthly client KPI/SLA review meetings and deal with relevant actions professionally
Manage any commercial/sub-contractor areas of the contract
Work closely with all departments to ensure all reporting requirements are met in line with contract deliverables
Understand Health & Safety legislation and responsibilities in relation to your site and the sites that you work within
Due to operationally needs you may be required to cover staff's holidays/sickness
Person Specification
IT Literate - intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels
Have demonstrable relevant experience in contract cleaning
Have previous budget accountability including managing a team of employees
Have excellent personal management skills and strong motivational and team building abilities
Have a flexible approach to work
