We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including blocks, houses and flats. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitise surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report when supplies need replenishing. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between sites. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Pay: 12.90-13.50 per hour
