Cleaning Manager
Job Description
Join a rapidly growing local cleaning company that's redefining standards in commercial and School cleaning in Hemel Hempstead. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Cleaning Manager to support our expanding network of sites.
What You'll Do
Travel between multiple client sites to deliver stock and supplies
Provide cover for staff holidays and sickness
Conduct quality checks to ensure cleaning standards remain consistently high
Support and mentor cleaning staff to maintain excellence
Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company grows
What You'll Need
Access to reliable transport (essential)
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
Flexibility and a can-do attitude
Able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 3:30-6:30pm. Term time only. Over time available during holidays.
