On-Site Contract Manager

to oversee our prestigious city-centre office site.

We do not accept negativity, poor standards or bad apples at RB.

This role is

part-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30pm-8:30pm (10hrs per week)

working alongside the on-site team.

Approx. 600 per month based on 10hrs per week (628 from April 2026).

Due to the nature of the client site, a

non-disclosure agreement will be required.

You'll report to RB's Operations Manager and be responsible for both cleaning delivery

and

maintaining RB's trademark standards on site.

What you'll do (roughly 50% hands-on cleaning / 50% supervision & coordination)

Clean to RB's exacting standards across offices, kitchens and washrooms Lead by example - setting standards for the team every shift Carry out quality checks and site audits Support and coach cleaners to maintain consistency Manage on-site stock levels and ordering Assist with team scheduling and cover Help recruit, onboard and support new team members Be the friendly point of contact for RB Ops and site management

What we offer
