NRC Services are based in Sheffield and have 5 divisions, Building, Painting, Cleaning, Mechanical and Electrical with a supportive administration department. NRC work throughout the UK offering a full turnkey service.

We are looking for a Cleaning Area Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

Managing multiple contracts across various sites and industries - the more varied the better!

Have a strong understanding of budgets Be able to meet client expectations Not afraid to get stuck in to cover absences Working with all types of cleaning from office cleans to industrial cleaning.
This role involves:

Full time, mainly Mondays to Fridays, however there will be an occasional need for site visits on a weekend and this role will involve early mornings and evenings, Driving to our sites in a company vehicles. New Contract Setup - equipment, stock, site file, COSHH training and risk assessments Maintaining standards, stock and service levels at existing contracts Site inspections and audits Customer Service and interaction Contract Quotations for new enquiries Recruitment of new cleaners and rota management Appraisals and employee performance reviews if necessary Timesheet approval and attendance monitoring
Commercial cleaning knowledge is essential, as well being able to think of your feet and problem solve. This role is a busy and demanding role that requires a string work ethic.

This can be a fast-paced role with ever changing demands so would suit someone who thrives on a varied workload and seeks a challenge.

This role covers Sheffield and the surrounding area, you will be flexible in your availability and be able to attend sites on early morning, evenings and weekends when required.

The successful candidate will be required to have an enhanced DBS check within the last 2 years.
