Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and thorough

Cleaner

to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our properties within the Aberdeen area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across various residential and commercial spaces, contributing significantly to tenant satisfaction and the overall presentation of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing surfaces in common areas and designated units. Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities to a high standard. Empty waste bins and manage refuse appropriately. Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed. Report any maintenance issues, damage, or hazards observed during cleaning to the relevant team member promptly. Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of supplies. Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably within a commercial or residential property setting. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Good communication skills. Ability to handle basic cleaning equipment and machinery. Full UK driving licence (desirable, but not essential depending on travel requirements between sites). Knowledge of basic health and safety practices.
