Diamond UK Facilities Management are seeking a dedicated, reliable and efficient cleaner to clean in a serviced office. Working
Monday to Friday, the hours would be 20 per week - 6 pm to 10 pm Monday to Friday (4 hours per evening)
Start Date - Friday 14th November - you must be able to start on this date
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments such as the kitchens and toilets, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.
Duties
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Report any safety hazards to the manager of the building.
Interact with clients in a courteous manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
Previous experience in a cleaning role of at least 2 years.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
