Job description

This cleaning role will involve the cleaning of an office environment, along with meeting areas, reception, toilets and canteen area. We use cleaning solutions that achieve immaculately high standards in order to ensure that our client and their staff receive the best cleaning service possible.

The large open plan office spaces require cleaning of desks that have been used that day, along with hoovering of debris to ensure that this workspace is maintained for the next user. The meeting spaces are utilised frequently and are cleaned on a rota between meetings and events, which will differ from day to day. Toilets across the three floors of the site are to be cleaned so that hygiene standards are met, with toilet paper and hand towel dispensers filled as required. Kitchen areas are to be cleaned and tidied after meal times in the afternoon, with bins emptied when necessary.

The shift length is 5 hours per day, and the client operates a 9-day working fortnight, meaning you will have every second Friday off.

The ideal candidate must be hard working, diligent and proactive. You must present the cleaning service in a positive light, with a determination to please the client and visitors to the site through the maintenance of these high cleaning standards.

A good level of English is preferred but not essential. You'll need to be able to take instructions from the on-site supervisor and follow the role's requirements.
